The CIDA Innovation process is based on Identifying Your Customer or Market Needs, and Creating Value for your Customers Fast. It aims to extract the full potential of your team, contacts and networks to help you identify and implement the true needs of your customers whilst embedding Innovation into the DNA of your company.

Your Innovation programme will be delivered by Innovation Coaches specially trained by Silicon Valley experts Herman Gyr and Laszlo Gyorffy. We  make the process 'do-able'  stimulating and owned by everyone in your company.
