Call for Comment - CHEA Accreditation

The Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) will be reviewed by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) at a meeting in March 2023 as part of the recognition process. Pursuant to CHEA standards and procedures for recognition, CIDA is sharing CHEA’s Third Party Call for Comments.

CIDA is recognized as a reliable authority on interior design education by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). The CHEA-recognized scope of CIDA accreditation is professional-level interior design programs that culminate in a bachelor’s or master’s degree located in the United States or internationally.
