Notice of CIDA Policy Change

CIDA’s Board of Directors recently adopted an addition to the policy and procedure, Section VII. Accreditation, requiring all CIDA-accredited interior design programs to publish disclosure statements in an easily accessible location on the program’s website. This policy is effective January 1, 2020 and all CIDA-accredited programs must demonstrate compliance by April 1, 2020. Failure to publish the required disclosure statements may lead to revocation of accredited status.
