What is the highest and best purpose of interior design?

Interior designers are superb storytellers. We possess the expertise to make a connection between ideas and spatial experience, to create emotional meanings for occupants while at the same time embracing their functional needs. We skillfully provide a balance between the necessary high- and low- tech tools and the need for a high-touch environment that values personal fulfillment, creativity and inspiration alongside productivity. We create places that allow users in a space to be fully present, authentic, and inspired in the moment.

The highest and best use of interior design lies in its careful study of and reinforcement of our human-ness.
